This one is all sorts of funky, with loads of character, knots, pins and crazy sapwood.
It's the same physical size as an average Mary Rose bow, but it's only 90lb at 30". Gorgeous sap/heartwood definition and some nice streaky cow horn sidenocks.
The stave came from a small diameter branch which was already slightly deflexed so the finished bow has some string follow, but shoots like a dream.
These bows are great for reenactors or living history demonstrations as they really do look the part, being the same size as the Mary Rose bows but are able to be shot by anybody thanks to their low draw weight.
