Birch arrow, tapered from 1/2" down to 7.5mm, with a tapered Dorset cow horn nock insert. Red fletching glue made of beeswax, lamb fat and iron oxide and fletched with Buzzard feathers, bound with black silk.
While bird of prey fletchings look really beautiful, they are too soft for shooting. This one is to be a gift for a friend, but more will be available to purchase soon.
