Just received these lovely photos of the English yew copy of Mary Rose bow MR80A1142, and full set of authentic late medieval arrows now in their display case at the fabulous Museé de Crécy-en-Ponthieu.
The Crecy Museum commissioned these a while ago, and the bow has a true hemp string laid in fish glue, the arrows feature my verdigris compound, Swan fletchings, silk bindings and a variety of military and hunting heads of the 14thC.
